Chef Lu Shichang leads our kitchen with over 30 years of expertise in dim sum specialties. His culinary journey began at Haigang Catering Group in 2003, where he swiftly advanced to Head Dim Sum Chef at Xiaolan Harbor Restaurant by 2005. In 2009, he studied under Master Chef Mai before joining Emperors of China in 2012 as Master Dim Sum Chef. Today, his handmade, made-to-order dim sum continue to captivate our guests.

Working alongside Chef Lu is Chef Wen Chuantong, a Guangzhou native who has spent over 20 years mastering Cantonese cuisine. Throughout his career spanning multiple cities—including 12 years at Emperors of China—Chef Wen has mastered the art of bringing out the natural flavors in every dish.
